Every kit is checked by hand before it leaves our Lahore studio. If something is still not right, we will fix it.
7-day replacement
- Plaster piece broken in transit
- Missing paints, brushes or accessories
- Wrong kit delivered
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement.
How to claim
- Record a short unboxing video, or take clear photos of the issue.
- Send them on WhatsApp to 0328 0786999 with your order number.
- We confirm within 24 hours and dispatch the replacement.
What we cannot replace
- Kits that have already been painted or used.
- Claims made more than 7 days after delivery.
- Change of mind after the parcel has been opened.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Just message us on WhatsApp or email Kidskraft.pk@gmail.com.
